By always sitting the same place at the piano, you will develop a physiological memory of all 88 keys on the piano. Middle D is recommended because it creates a symmetrical pattern in both directions. As you practice and progress, your reading will gain speed and accuracy while your hands will be able to keep your eyes on the music and look ahead and this will greatly speed up your sight-reading. This is a specially formulated piano sheet music course based on my many years of teaching experience with adults and young children. I believe that these courses are an investment in my playing and I know that my three young children will have the benefit of this material right from the start.
