A Single Member LLC Operating Agreement Should be Short but Complete

When an LLC business only has one owner then there are not the same amount of issues and matters that need to be addressed in the governance and management rules for the single member LLC business.  As a result, the official single member llc operating agreement for the business is usually a lot shorter than the ones that are used for multi-member LLC businesses.  Also, it contains and adopts a much simpler management structure which is all that is needed for a solo owned business.  Still, having this document is important for the LLC business to maintain its formalities and be a complete and official entity to run and operate a business.
