Beware of Fly-By-Night Brokers
When you are unable to obtain a loan for your business needs through a bank you may consider the option of approaching a business loan broker. However, you may need to tread with caution as there are many unscrupulous brokers who can take advantage of a delicate situation especially if the businessman is in dire need of funds. Business owners are often advised not to pay any fee upfront to a business loan broker until the loan is actually in their hands. The terms of agreement should also be carefully reviewed and all the terms agreed upon should be stated very clearly.
