If you do a quick Google search, you will find over 100,000 sites on it and 90% of them have the same look and feel to it. You can bet that there are many people who are making the same cookie cutter website in huge batches and reselling them under different domain names. Unfortunately, for those buyers who don’t do their research can get swindled into spending hundreds of dollars on the same website someone else has but with just a different domain name.
