Preparing for an Exhibition

My company has started preparing for an exhibition. We plan to have a very large exhibition stand, with a lot of people working at it. Everyone has been assigned different roles in making our experience at the exhibition a success. I am in charge of researching companies that provide creative exhibition stands, and coming to a decision about which company we should use. Other people are coming up with the text and design for our brochures, and still others are figuring out the process of making a video demonstration that will appeal to people at the exhibition. Others are working out the schedule.
