Starting my own web-based recruiting business
I have decided that I want to start my own web-based recruiting business. I have so many stories from people who used to work in the mortgage industry that have now been laid off or their company went under. All of the men and women who are out of work in this field need to transition into other areas and I want my business to focus on them and their job prospects. Sales is usually a good transition area to look into. A lot depends on the person and how good they are with people. I hope this business will be a success.
