Add Raw Foods to Your Diet to Lose Weight
I noticed a change in my best friend lately. She has had a lot of energy and seems quite happy. She looks as though she has even lost some weight. I asked her if she had made any changed to her lifestyle that I was not aware of. She said that she added raw foods to her diet and feel great. She found that she feel full most of the time so she is eating less and losing weight. She has a much flatter stomach because the raw foods burn fat stomach and her clothes are fitting looser. She suggested that we go shopping for new clothes next weekend because she has lost so much weight.
