Why do you need a disability lawyer?
As much as you want to avoid litigation proceedings, you can’t help it. What the insurance company you so trusted did to you is beyond comprehension, an injustice you don’t tolerate. You know that it’s going to take months before your case is resolved because you are confident that the insurance company you are suing will have the best lawyers in town backing them up. They’ll have lots of tricks up their sleeves so the more you know that having a lawyer who is an expert in disability claims was a brilliant move.
