Deadlifts

It amy be the best exersise that you can do for your entire body. It is my favorite exercise of all time. THe dead lift has been proven over many years to be very effective in developing strength and muscle mass.  It is considered generaly a back exercise but it targets many different muscles. It nails your ham strings, your traps, your biceps and that is just to name a few. I think that alot of people avoid this exercise because it is a very challengng exercise to perform. It is taxing tomnthe body. So living a healthy lifestyle should include the deadlift.
