Don’t just lose it burn belly fat away

It might seem a bit cheezy to say burn belly fat but that is quite literally what the right change in diet and exercise will do. There is a difference between weight loss and fat loss (although most people think it’s the same thing). Generally when you go on a weight loss plan you tend to also lose muscle mass, this is due to the lack of calorie intake and no more exercise (not all the time, but is the case with fad diets) doesn’t allow you to keep or build muscle.

When you’re considering a fat loss plan you want to shed fat from your body or literally “burn” it off, but maintain if not build on your lean muscle mass. This is what will yield a toned tight body.

You can accomplish this a couple of ways, there are foods that burn fat, and of course exercises. One doesn’t work as well with out the other so most fat loss plans revolve around changing your diet and exercise habits. The simplest way to think about it is that a fat loss plan is a lifestyle change, while a weight loss plan normally only allows you to lose some weight, but makes it hard to keep it off when you go back to your everyday lifestyle.
