Heart Disease Research - Is Nasty
Your highest priority should be preventing a heart attack or cardiac arrest. The reason is because cardiac disease and cardiac arrest are among the top mortality factors at this time. It is important to know some of the ways to help stop or prevent a heart attack.
Top on your priority list should be getting in shape and feeling great. The three biggest excuses I hear from people about why they are not in better shape are that they are too tired, too busy, and that exercising costs too much money. Preventing a heart attack is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself and the ones you love, regardless of the sacrifices you have to make in order to get in shape. My next post will be about heart disease research.
