Rejuvinated in the Morning
For the longest time, I had been waking up still exhausted. Even after 10 hours of sleep, I never felt ready to wake up. I knew that I tended to toss and turn but I didn’t know why. My bed is comfortable, I have plenty of space and quiet. I decided to ask my wife.
When I approached my wife and asked why she thought I may be sleeping so poorly, she instantly told me, “it’s because you snore like a bear!”. I began to read up on snoring and as it turns out, snoring can cause your body to struggle all night for oxygen. This doesn’t allow you to rest peacefully. I also discovered in my research something called a cpap machine which is supposed to help me breathe regularly. I am in the process of obtaining one right now.
