The best protein shakes are different for every individual. Depending upon the type of workout, the amount of energy that can be/will be expended, and the genetic makeup of a person they can vary a great deal. I just know that I find them to be a necessary part of my workout routine. They provide energy, help to rebuild torn down muscles, tissues, and bones, and just provide me with a sense of mental well-being after a grueling workout. I would suggest investing in these whether one is just starting an exercise program or has been on one for some time. The benefits can be awesome!
