There are so many people in the world who want to lose alot of weight that I fear if they all actually did read the Fat Loss For Idiots book and applied the principals correctly the earth might become imbalanced and shift off its axis! All kidding aside though, fat loss is something that can be achieved, it can be a reality, but it has to be just that- real. You can’t go on and on thinking in a fantasy world of this instant fat loss fixation. It takes time to lose the weight, even if you could lose it overnight it could be dangerous to your health. You have to let your body adapt to the conditions of your weight loss changes, or it may go into shock. The beauty of this however is this helps you to sustain your lost weight goal by maintaining your new lifestyle to keep it off. It becomes a habit at some point.
