A Green Vacation Home Was Our Goal
My husband was born in Ireland and for years we talked about building a retirement home there. Once we saved the money for our new house, we traveled to Europe to choose a contractor. Although neither of us knows much about building, we do know how important building with eco-friendly, safe materials are, and we told our builder that is what we wanted. He had no trouble suggesting planet-friendly materials and even found a great spray foam insulation in Ireland. Since are getting older insulation is important to us and the product we used is especially user friendly. Our finished home has been everything we dreamed of, and more, thanks to our “green” contractor.
