grateful for illumination
We finally got our dream retirement home. We are 26 miles from teh nearest town, nestled in over 5 acres of land, forested with Douglas fir trees and oak trees, with no street lights, or even paved streets. I love being in a place that uses the moon and the stars to help you light the way home. The difficulty is for our friends who are not used to our area or the road to our house. That is why I requested my husband mount one of the illuminated address plaques on the brick columns at the top of our driveway. Everyone who comes from town is always verbally grateful for the plaque we have erected.
