Short sales good deals?
It looks like the innocent home buyer is looking for the best deal possible, and good for them. This is a scary market to buy in and you better be sure you are getting a great deal and that you won’t be upside down buying a home that is worth less next year than what it is now.
Thus people turn to short sales, thinking that that is the best way to make sure you’re are getting a great deal plus instant equity.
