Vacuum System

My girlfriend and her husband recently bought a brand new home with all the bells and whistles. They moved from a tiny condo in California and made a lot of money to afford a humongous home in Arizona. With all the new things that came with the house, they also received a vacuum system that is attached inside the house. All they have to do is hook up a hose to the vent in each room and the dirt and debris is stored in a centrally located place in the garage. I wonder what the vacuum cleaner ratings on this machine are and if it would be worth it to install in my home.
