Grwoing Pains and Problems
The company I work for is going through a major growing phase. This is creating many Human Resources Hot Issues. Of course, this is the department I work for. We had a small problem with the health insurance. A few claims were denied because we had switched policies. I tried to get the new information to the employees as quickly as I could. I guess it was not quick enough, as I have had four people in my office yelling, just this morning. I sure hope this phase is over quickly. I don’t know how much more of this I can handle.
