Providing Great Customer Service
My business receives great reviews. We offer a great product and we give great customer service. My customers appreciate that I am quick with my order fulfillment. I have a one day turnaround time. I want my customers to have the product as soon as possible. This makes me happy and they are happy also. Normally, I am able to complete all of the shipping process by myself. My daughter will offer to help sometimes if I agree to pay her. When my business grows, I may have to hire her on a regular basis. I am sure she will like that.
