The Company’s New Focus…Fitness!
Being a small enterprise and few employees, there have not been many perks that can be offered but with the rising cost of health insurance, it was clear that we had to take some drastic measures. After looking over ways that we could trim costs but keep our employees insured at the same level, we discovered a clause in the plan that would save us money if those members participated in a fitness program. After contacting Eugene Fitness Equipment, they were willing to lease out all that would be needed to accommodate such a program at a very low costs. They also offered a list of qualified instructors who could assists us with classes.
