Who has Better Customer Service, Dish Network vs Direct TV?
I’m looking into satellite TV service, and I have been comparing Dish Network vs Direct TV. Iíve found that they are quite comparable, and this is making my decision quite difficult. Does anyone else out there have any information on the customer service quality of either of these companies? I would like to get a few people to give me some feedback on this segment of the providers so that I can make a choice based on the kind of treatment that I will get later on. I really donít want to sign a contract with a company who is going to treat me bad after I have become a customer. Thanks in advance for the help!
